Savasana Words
*We are all manifestations of a higher power, be that nature, god, or consciousness. This higher power has an energy, a beat that permeates throuhg all sentient beings. It is the steady hum of the universe and if we are really quiet we can tap into its messages. So, feel what you have stirred up... the pulse, heat, circulation, energy. Feel what you feel with minimal story minimal judgment. Be with what is happenign right now, resting in silence and space so you can be attentive and listen to the hum of your life within.
