The further you are from knowing yourself and experiencing the love you are made of the less happy you will be
The closer you are to knowing the love you re the more happy you will be
Goodness is at your core
That is what we are
But the problem is we have ego that surrounds and obscures it and so the more we dip into the compassion the more love and compassion you feel naturally
All our actions are reflections of how we feel about ourselves and live, our behaviors will change on their own because we FEEL different. We touched in on goodness and we don’t have to TRY TO BE NICER or more compassionate its flowing naturally and effortlessly..
Analogy, dipping cloth into dye, each time you dip the cloth it enhances the color fo the cloth
You are dipping YOU into yourself, each time you filter a thought, meditate, chose love, you are dipping you into yourself and strengthening your authentic center
Your self
Your happiness and love and compassion
And each dip
Into yourself washes away more of false ego labels and like I said even just a moment, a spark, touch in on that, is enough to impact your entire day
With practice that spark builds and its cumulative e and you experience more peace love and joy in your life
It can be that simple
You don’t have to seek anything out
You are one thought away from aligning with your center.
